Often referred to as a battery management system, this is a 4S 20A LiFePO4 lithium battery protection board. This BMS works incredibly well in harsh environments and is frequently used to create battery packs for EV and solar applications. Battery temperature is tracked via the temperature sensor. Temperature matters because most lithium-based cells cannot be charged below freezing and must be charged at or above 45¬°C. Because to its lightweight construction, the board is easy to carry and store. The board has short circuit and overcurrent protection, as well as protection against overcharging and over is charging. As long as the lithium batteries are rechargeable, they can also be charged using this board. With this BMS system, we can combine four LiFePO4 electric cells to create a battery pack of up to 15V DC power.
