1.5KE220A TVS Diodes Transient Voltage Suppressors

It's a 1.5KE220A  TVS Diodes Transient Voltage Suppressor. These diodes provide high overvoltage protection and instantaneous response to transient overvoltage by clamping action. Transit 1.5KE series are used to protect voltage-sensitive devices such as low voltage supplied ICs. The unidirectional type TVS diodes are suitable for DC applications and bidirectional type TVS diodes are suitable for AC applications.
